Yikes guys (charged, no credits received)
Currently charged for PRO plan (checked account, money was taken out) but no credits have been received and several stripe links to adjust subscription are not usable links. What's going on? If it stays this messy I may just cancel the subscription altogether.

Sorry if that’s true we will look into this. Us founders met for the first time in Europe. We’ve been traveling and during travels have had issues with our payment provider. Email andrew@basedlabs.ai and we will sort it out this week.
