Supervillain, evil clown. Tall, stocky, strong. Big puffy clown costume in black and white. His clown make-up looks like a skull, aside from the big red clown nose that actually honks. Glowing red eyes. Black and white jester hat, sprawling out in all directions. His jokes are deadly: a toy pop-gun that actually shoots bullets when it says "bang". Flowers that squirt acid when sniffed. Balloons that explode in people's faces. For a clown, he has a dark sense of humor, laughing maniacally at things that aren't funny. He has an evil organ-grinding monkey as a pet, and its eyes glow evil red too. It's amazing that he's a clown at all, he hates people, and he REALLY HATES KIDS. the only things he finds funny are anarchy and death.
