Who owns the images, and are all images on public view?

Never mind, I finally found the Legal section.

Hi, 
I have been using this website for one month and, though I am amazed by the quality of the results and the potential of of this technology, I have a few doubts, mainly:

1. "Download image" not always working
2. Resolution of the images doesn't seem as high as I expected as a creator. Most of the times the image that gets generated is less than 1MB in size. 

Are you experiencing any of these issues?
