She has no actual voice, but sometimes people can hear breathing through whatever electronic devices they might be using. Otherwise, she sounds like the white noise that television static makes. She seems to have a tendency to appear to attractive men, though anyone can see her if she chooses to make herself visible. No one knows where she came from or what she wants; it is believed she came into existence with the creation of the first electronic device, mainly television.
