Alien invasion. Xenomorph-like creatures, they are a combination of insects, reptiles and some unkown species. They are a race of predatory beings that live in sewers or any other wet and warm place. They build their nests in these abandoned places, using the slime they continuously exude from their bodies as glue. Eggs are laid by a Queen, which are then placed in various parts of the nest. They look like medicine-ball sized orbs that are crusty on the outside, but always oozing from a slit in the top. The eggs have a slight glow of red or green. Newly hatched creatures look for human hosts to feed on. They are elongated, tall, lithe. Their bodies have an armor-like exoskeleton. They vary in color, from black, dark green or gray. This makes them hard to see in the dark. Claws on their hands and feet, and elongated heads with rows of 6 to 8 eyes, and jaws with double rows of long, sharklike teeth. They can be humanoid in shape, but many have 4 arms or more, as well as legs. They all have long thick tails with razor sharp ends that they can swing at their targets. Newly born creatures are tiny versions of this with the razor tail, but they will use that tail to latch on to a target. The razor-tail becomes sharper as they mature. Despite being predatory, they are fairly easy to kill once found. They exude a methane like gas from their skin, so they are extremely flammable. They will explode if exposed to flame. They also hate the cold, and will avoid it whenever possible. Intelligent races of beings know what they are, and take great pleasure in destroying them. Nothing a simple laser gun can't handle, or a photon torpedo. Full body pose, if you can catch them. They move quickly.
